We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Returns are processed through our international returns facility located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items returned without first contacting us for approval will not be accepted.
Return Window Extension
From time to time, TinyPupDen may offer an extended return window for special promotions or holiday periods.
During such periods, customers may return eligible items within 45 days of delivery instead of the standard 30-day return window.
This extended return period applies only to new and unused items that meet the standard return eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@tinypupden.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order once the return request has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that it was received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account used for the purchase. Refund processing is typically completed within 3–5 business days, but it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to appear depending on PayPal or your financial institution.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
